By Location
Rate and volume, side by side. Pending reviews are not missing photos.
How it's measured
Evidence rate = found ÷ (found + known not found). Inconclusive, pending, not applicable and unknown-scope jobs stay outside that denominator. “Known not found” is an assessed negative, including a known no-photo status; it never means merely pending.
Camera evidence includes recognizable pipe-interior imagery OR recognizable drain-camera equipment deployed at drain access with its push cable in use; a readable screen is not required. Stored equipment or an isolated reel does not count. From November 4, 2026, new reviews use this broader rule; historical snapshots retain their original scoring rule unless explicitly re-reviewed.
Photo-audit-covered plumbing cohorts only, not every service visit. Audit dates label cohorts and are not necessarily completion dates. Coverage and audit-day windows can differ by location. These are audit indicators, not an independent verification of work performed.
